Abi Kumar is an Indian-American voice actor based in Dallas, Texas. Abi spent many of his childhood years growing up in India. He learned to speak English by watching various Western animated shows and mimicking the sounds the characters would make. In doing so, Abi developed a fascination for voice acting. After moving to Dallas many years later, Abi began to pursue voice acting on the side. After some years of acting training, Abi was able to break into the voiceover sphere.

Today, Abi has achieved great success in the voice acting field, booking various roles in celebrated shows and consistently landing leading roles. Abi's work can be recognized largely through his involvement in anime, such as Arata, the lead in "The Shiunji Family Children", Hitoyoshi, the lead in "You are Ms. Servant", and Naoto, the lead in "Watari-kun's ****** is About to Collapse". He has also voiced characters like Prince Soma from "Black Butler", as well as Gerotin from "One Piece", and Junichirou from "Bartender: Glass of God", to name a few.

Abi's successes go beyond anime as well. He voices yet another lead as Hyun-Su in the English dub of the Korean live-action film "Sleep". Abi has also found himself in the realm of video games as the voice of Gael in the game "Lost in Limbo".
